Onsite/Helpdesk Engineer (IT-2012-02-01) Closing Date: 09/03/2012
We are currently seeking an IT support engineer with at least two years commercial experience in the field. The job involves supporting primarily our many Clients’ IT systems both onsite and offsite (by remote connection) and secondly our Schools.
This is a permanent job in an engineering role, access to a pool van will be allowed where necessary to perform onsite work.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in Windows 2003 and 2008 Server (both SBS and Standard/Enterprise). Working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows XP and Seven, TCP/IP Networking and MS Office products is also a must.
We see the ideal person being a dynamic individual, able to problem solve, work alone where necessary and with a keen attention to detail. Above all the candidate must be thorough, with a willingness to communicate with customers, suppliers and support networks to finish the tasks given completely and sign off.
A salary guide for this position would be in the region of £18,000 – £25,000 a year depending on proven experience and interview.

Wireless Network (Aerial) Installer (IT-2012-02-02) Closing Date: 09/03/2012
We are currently seeking an TV Aerial/Satellite Dish installer wanting to expand his/her knowledge base. We have an opening for an engineer to join our expanding team installing our Wireless Internet Systems at client’s premesis.
This is a permanent job in an engineering role, access to a the appropriate vehicle will be allowed where necessary to perform onsite work. The candidate will need need a to be allowed to drive category C1 (Medium Sized Vehicle) for business purposes.
We see the ideal person being ok with working on roofs and at heights, a dynamic individual, able to problem solve, work alone where necessary and with a keen attention to detail. Above all the candidate must be thorough, with a willingness to communicate with customers, suppliers and support networks to finish the tasks given completely and sign off.
A salary guide for this position would be in the region of £14,000 – £18,000 a year depending on proven experience and interview.
