Our first priority is to keeping our team safe, whilst maintaining the service to our customers and whenever possible installing new connections for those of you in need.
Our team successfully made over 100 new connections during the week ending 27.03.20, including for vulnerable residents and key health workers.
We want to shout out a special big thank you to our team, who are working very hard under difficult circumstances.
We are still making new connections whenever possible, please bear with us though as we have put many new safeguards in place. We appreciate your patience, as our processes will take a bit longer now.
