The Challenge
Wifi was needed for all of the Artistes, Press and the BBC Production Team, as well as internet services used for streaming the actual BIG WEEKEND event.
The Solution
The superfast connection of up to 400 Mbps was supplied by the ITSwisp network, designed, created and managed by the tech team at InTouch Systems. The high speed connection was synchronous, with the same bandwidth up and down, provided from InTouch HQ at 36 Hurricane Way in Norwich.
With the vital ITSwisp internet connection running smoothly and in place throughout Radio1’s BIG WEEKEND, some of the InTouch team even had time to enjoy the show highlights!
