The Solution
InTouch Systems installed a new telecoms system (Ericsson-LG) for The AF Group, to replace their existing outdated system. The team installed 160 extensions on site with 100 users with computer integration, staff at The AF Group can now dial from their desktop, all with full call recording. The installation took 3 weeks and was project managed to fit with customer requirements, including 1 weeks’ worth of system programming, with the rest for installation and end user configuration. The system was pre-installed before deadline, so that both existing and new systems were running side by side allowing for a seamless migration.
