Unity Education Trust a long-standing customer added 8 new sites to their portfolio this year. The ageing technology within these 8 sites meant staff were unable to migrate between different sites with ease. Staff that regularly swapped between sites had issues with connecting to the network seamlessly.
InTouch Systems centralised the Wi-Fi to bring it up to speed with the 12 other sites provided for Unity Education Trust. This enabled staff who moved from site to site regularly, with the ability to do so without any implications connecting to the network. Creating a more seamless transition, for the mobile teams.
On the first day of the school term, InTouch Systems engineers were on hand at each site to ensure that the new systems were running smoothly for all. Therefore, ensuring minimal disruption for staff as the InTouch Systems team were on hand and ready to deal with any issues that may have arisen.
