From a rural Norfolk base AF required high speed internet services, to support their business activities seamlessly throughout the whole AF community. The AF IT systems were business critical, therefore they required 24/7 IT support for all IT equipment and infrastructure, along with the back up of disaster recovery planning services and an off site disaster recovery suite.

To future proof their services, AF required expert IT planning , consultancy and IT project management services. For ease of contact AF required all related IT services to be supplied by one provider.

The Solution

InTouch Systems provides wireless leased lines for a 30 Mbps Internet Service (in rural area) for the whole of AF connectivity.

A 24/7 4 hour response IT support service level agreement.

All IT infrastructure, servers, desktops, laptops, telecoms and related equipment and software, supplied, managed and supported by InTouch Systems.

Business services provided such as website hosting and email services.

Disaster recovery planning, contingency and a disaster recovery suite are also provided.
All IT consultancy, planning and project management are provided in-house by the InTouch Systems' team.
